"Open in New Tab" is missing on the right click menu in IE8!!

The "Open in New Tab" button on my right click menu is pulling some sort of dissapearing act on me.
When I right click to use the "New Tab" option in IE8 the option wil not be there yet other times it will, I've tried rebooting my computer and reinstalling IE8 but to no avail.
Please , I need help!

Sorry for the double post but Running internet explorer without addons seems to stop the problem, is ther any efficiant way to pinpoint which addon is causeing it?
