BleepingComputer.com: avast! home edition not running ashDisp.exe

Ok avast! recent found a virus on my computer and made me do a boot scan and found I think 2 or 3 it had to remove. If anyone knows where the avast boot scan log file goes, I will post it back in this topic. Now after all that, everything seems to be running fine now but does not have the Avast protection running in the system tray anymore. I know it has something to do with the ashDip.exe file, which isnt starting when I click on it. I have gone into add/remove programes and clicked repair avast! and it didnt do anything. I am running Avast home edition, spybot S&D, and spyware blaster on my computer. Also with the virus that I had, there was maleware showing up before that and I think I removed it with spybot but I think it turned or led to a virus.
