lexmark z1300 install

install of lexmark z1300 to vista os appears successful as shown in control panel, yet not recognized in device manager. printer prints blank page. please advise. thanks

Uninstall all Lexmark software and drivers...make sure you have the right drivers, reinstall according to printer directions.
