BleepingComputer.com: BSOD Question for Vista

I had XP Sp2 when I experienced BScreens regarding:

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

I wanted to use Vista for once so I changed OS.

One week later, the same problems occured.
This time with :

win32k.sys
ataport.sys

causing the stop.

I know that win32.sys can cause BSOD because of insufficient RAM.
But that ataport, its just something I CAN'T GET.

My disk is running FINE. Has 0 bad sectors/destroyed clusters (Its TOSHIBA 100GB). How can ataport cause BSOD or even be corrupted????

My question is simple.
The performance test of Vista say it very clearly:

My Pagefile.sys is OVERLOADED. And the Physical RAM is insufficient.

AND: the System Grade for my disk is 4,3 and for RAM is 2,0...

AND#2: My OS seems to be hunged a LOT. For 2'' to even 5 minutes.

Should I put only RAM, and my problems disappear, or my disk needs to be changed EVEN tho there is no problems? And my IDE mode is DMA Mode 5. If you need it, that is!
