moving multiple images into a blank canvas on cs3

I'm trying to make a masthead for a website, I've resized the images so they are the same height and have a blank canvas that will fit them all in according to width and height. How do i insert the images though?

Try File>Place.

You can resize them by doing that too.

Copy and Paste would work too.
