i need help with windows me the icon on my desktop and programs don't work. can you tall me what is it PLEASE

Which icon is not working? What does it say before and after you click on it? We would have to know before we can help you. It may be a desktop shortcut for something you deleted that did not remove the shortcut.

ON MY DESKTOP AND IN THE CONTROL PANEL DO NOT WORK OK YES THE SUPER ANTI SPYWARE, C-CLEANER AND THE REGISTRY FIX DON'T WORK. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME PLEASE WHEN I CLICK ON IT A BOX COME UP IT SAY .

THE PROGRAM YOU WANT TO USE TO OPEN. CALENDAR. EXE IF THE PROGRAM IS NOT LISTER CLICK OTHER.
DESCIPTION FOR FILES OF THIS TYPE.
CHOOSE THE ONE YOU WANT TO USE.
THAT IS WHAT THE BOX SAY. I DID ALL OF THIS NOT THING HAPPEN.
WHAT IS IT.

I HAD A ERROR SAY I NEED A ADOBE FLASH PLAYER ACTIVEX SETUP.
CAN NOT DOWNLOAD ANY THING.

WILL SOME PLEASE HELP ME.
DON'T HAVE CD.
