Every time I reboot my pc, I get a balloon message that I have files waiting to be written to CD. They are: autorun.inf and autorun.exe. I have deleted them and they come back, I've even written them to CD and they come back. I don't know what to do next.
Any help will be appreciated.

To resolve this issue, follow the below steps.

Open My Computer
right-click on the CD-ROM drive and click properties.
Click the "Recording" tab.
Uncheck the "Enable CD Recording on this drive" and close out of all the Windows.
