BleepingComputer.com: Best Option for backing up a Computer!

I am starting up my own computer repair company. I am trying to figure out the most effective/quickest way to back -up a customer's PC. Is creating a disk image the best option. I use Acronis True Image on my own PC and really like the job it does. Can someone tell me exactly how you would restore a crashed system by using the disk image. I guess it is much quicker than a complete computer back up. Using a program on a trial basis, would that still allow you to create a disk image and recover a system. Appreciate the feedback.
