How would this go for links to sites like "tinyurl" & related sites. Even the fairly simple hacking technique XSS (the beginnings of XSS i mean) could get across this problem.

Youtube offers a simple button on every comment, which allows you report the comment as spam, which will make the link in the comment unviewable (unless you choose to see every comment, spam or not).

Also Youtube offers a function to report users for basically anything, by visiting this link: http://help.youtube.com/support/youtube/bi...tact_type=abuse
