BleepingComputer.com: emachine reformat I need HELP

I am not too good with detailing information about how I need to fix a computer so I am trying my very best. I have a emachine EL1210-01e. It is still under warranty and tech support only tells me I need to go down and purchase recovery cd's. I am crammed pack with viruses. There is no help for this machine. The system files have all been corrupted and I can't uninstall AVAST, or PHOTOSHOP, I can't install any kind of new antivirus programs or spyware programs like spy sweeper, spyzilla, hijack this, I've tried a dozen. avg, mcafee just a few. It won't let me do a restore even from the latest restore point which is this morning at 8am. I believe I have a pretty bad virus that is just wiping it out slowly but SURELY. I don't know what to do because I am broke and I have no means to a recovery disk. I have a flash drive that is 2 gigabyte but I have no idea on how to use this so I can use it as a bootup recovery. I've just seen on searches that people are using it for that purpose.

From what I have experienced about the system files being corrupted and getting windows explorer errors, and internet errors, and all the other countless errors I've received that I believe a format or a clean install would be best. I do have a copy of all the vista operating systems but it won't let me install neither of them. Something about there's system files missing or corrupted. So I can't get into it to do a reformat. Is there anyway TO reformat, are there any special F keys to hit while booting up that could get me into a command prompt, and if there is, what do I type exactly TO format?

I would REALLY appreciate it someone can help me out. I am unable to get a recovery disk until next week. I am needing this computer for school and work, I am not worried about saving anything cause theres nothing on there I want. There's no partition, no recovery partition, there is a D: drive which has a folder RECYCLER in it. but I don't see any kind of signs that it could be a factory restore in there. I am stomped, PLEAAAAAAAAAAASE please please help

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but I'd suggest contacting customer support and seeing if they could walk you through it.
