HPWA main module and DEP. Troubleshooting.

Hello. Every time I start my computer, a window appears saying the HPWA main module is no working and that it will be closed; when I enter the DEP and try to select it, it doesn't permit me because it appears greyish. Would somebody tell me what to do? Thanks in advance.
