Uninstall Windows Live Messenger How?

How do you uninstall Windows Live Messenger? It pops up every time I turn on my computer internet connection.

Go to Control Panel, Uninstall a Program (under Programs), find Windows Live Messengers, double click, uninstall, and it'll be uninstalled.
