Help
I've identified a series of processes eating 80-100% of my processor time. I've dl'd Process Explorer and am looking it over.
Sadly, I don't really understand what I'm looking at, much beyond the obvious "this process is being run by this program, and you can tell because of the nested tree."
But I get a little lost beyond that. Anyone able to give me a hand up?

It will take some work on your part
The easiest way I've found is to click on File and Save As. It will create a log that you can copy and paste into notepad
Then you will need to use the search engine of your choice to research the entries
As you find out the ones that need to remain, remove them from the list. Leaving you with the questionable ones that you can post and sak others what they are if you cannot find them
We have a file database you can use that list the more popular ones but certainly not all of them
