so something has changed in the last few months. my files are no longer in logical order. for example, lets say i open Winamp (yes I still use winamp! lol) and click on an album that has 16 tracks; all the tracks will be in random order.

so of course, i right click and go "arange icons by"... and change to what it should be.

but sure enough, next time i go into that same folder, the files and are all in random order again. same with my word documents as well, when i go into a folder

i believe this first happened when i cleaned some malware and viruses off my computer a few months ago.

how do i change things back to normal???

thank you!

I would suspect a file in winamp was corrupted by it and suggest reinstalliing Winamp.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?
