Word Perfect Need Serial Number

I am trying to re-load Word Perfect (yes, I know I'm probably the only one on the planet who still prefers Word Perfect to Word!) because my PC had to be cleaned and the techs took it off...I have the serial number that is imprinted on the software envelope but it won't take it - and there are a lot more numbers on the sheet than asked for when I try to download...any ideas or assistance would be appreciated!

Is it prompting you for a serial number or a CD Key?
A CD Key is usually 5 groups of 5 random letters and numbers

I, too, just recently had to reinstall my WordPerfect and encountered the same problem. It wasn't on the disk. All that was on the envelope was the Dell part number (that didn't work either) Then I noticed a slip of paper saying "Not for sale or resale. Non-Transferable" at the top inside the envelope. I'd never opened the envelope before, to be honest. VOILA!! The S/N is in a tiny box sideways in the left margin of that slip of paper!!!!!
Mine is something like this: WA17WRX-#######-HMD
Hope this helps.
