BleepingComputer.com: Pop ups everywhere and I can't get rid of them

Hello all. For the first time in a loooong time I am completely stumped. I have a customer in the Uk who is sunning windows vista and is getting pop ups with all kinds of ads all over the place.

This is the information that I got:

His ISP is aol broadband

once logged onto aol he uses firefox as his main browser, he is getting popups all over the place for everything from acai berries to gay dating and he is really upset.

He sent me a ton of screen captures showing me the adverts themselves, all his running processes etc but I figured that a hijack this log is better

Also, we have scanned the pc with everything imaginable with no luck & everything in zone alarm seems normal, I do not see anything out of the ordinary there.
