I Am on a another laptop.(I also cannot use Internet Explorer)Firstly I got an error when Internet Explorer 7 saying ' Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems '

I dont know What to do..
I clicked Diagnose Connection Problems and when it was finished there was a message at the middle saying.
'Windows did not detect any problems with your internet connection over HTTP and HTTPS,but was not able to make a succesful connection to FTP. The most like cause of this problem is that a firewall client running on your machine is blocking necessary FTP Ports.

If you are trying to use FTP, please contact the manufacturer of your personal computer for assistance.'

Thanks you in advance.

Hello,

The event viewer may give some more information.

1. Click Start select run
2. Type eventvwr.exe
3. Press enter
4. Search through the groups for errors and warnings.
5. Double click on each error and or warning.
6. Locate the copy to clipboard button, Posted Image (under the two arrows)
7. Let us know what you find. (paste the results)

Also, have you tried another browser?
Regards,

Alan.
