I've searched for many solutions on my own but couldn't find one exactly for this. If it's not exactly this problem, the solution you might think you have will probably not work :/

Hmm, well, the second option I've tried (and just tried again) and it just says that the update doesn't apply to my system. I will try the other solution later when my stepfather gets home with his laptop. Thanks.
