I am not sure if you can help, but here it is.
I play LotRO. Never had a problem with the game before. As far as I know there have been no patches or updates since I played Friday night after updating drivers and rebooting.
Last night I started the game and after logging in and my system was communicating with their site, it comes up with an error accessing the servers. I researched their support forums and followed their directions. I even uninstalled and reinstalled their game. Made sure the proper allowances were provided in my firewall to play. Ran a ping test or whatever that is called, seemed ok. Entered "regedit" after the start>run command and cannot tell if its doing anything.....
I am NOT a computer competent person and, obviously, need some assistance.
