Hi i'm using windows Vista everytime I try to open a program like an installation it would say "The Process Terminated unexpectedly" And whenever i start my computer my taskbar becomes white. I tried using system restore but it has also said "The process terminated unexpectedly". This has been going on for at least 2 weeks now. Any Help Please?
