BleepingComputer.com: Ubuntu update

On a dual boot w2k and ubuntu 9.04, when I try to do an update (update manager) I
get the message:
Cannot update not enough free disk space upgrading needs 22.9 M of disk space
on 1/1 Sudo apt-get clean.
Nothing happens.

I checked the disk usage analyser and it's almost full
and yet when I do the same with another p/c it's 50%.
I've tried to check into what the difference between the
two computers is and they seem to have the same programs
on them....At a loss here...

I doubt I'll be of any help, but I can't let this go without a reply. Did you check to see how much space you actually have? If not, I believe you can check by simply right-clicking on the Filesystem drive. (I can't verify the exact procedure, since I'm currently using Windows)

EDIT: You may also want to post this on the Ubuntu Forums. The guys there know a lot more than I do.
