Driver update problem

I updated my API Radeon 8500 series driver a week or so ago. Every time I reboot I get this message:
'MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.3363.36872
Culture=neutral PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of it's dependancies.

I am running Vista 32bit.
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Sp1
