I hope that this is the correct forum.
I was sent a video in Real Player 11 format. After fiddling with it for some time I have learned that Real Player is not compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit. Does anyone know of a workaround solution? Is there a method to convert Real Media files to Windows Media Player? Is there a universal player that would play all types and is compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit?
Thanks.
