Please Friends help me resolve this problem.

The Norton Antivirus in my Acer laptop expired and l tried to update it and the site asked for registration key which l don't have, so l stopped the update process. Since then the antivirus is just docile on my desktop. Attempts to uninstal it always end up in error or the computer hanging. l have also tried deleting the folder for Norton, that also did not work.

l need assistance in this regard.

Thanks
Daniel
