BleepingComputer.com: Repaired Computer Appearance Is Different

I got my PC repaired recently.
Now its Windows XP Proffesional.
I have a list of problems:

My Bottom Right Sidebar Icons are blurry,
My Start Button gets cut off at the bottom when I try to change Appearance settings,
Windows Office 2007 says I need a newer version of Windows when I insert it,
The start menu is to wide,
When I change my resolution the "welcome" menu when windows starts up basically remains the same,
The Right Click Menu Font is too Big,
I'm wondering if I can get my Mozzila Fire Fox Password, history, favourites, etc info back,
I have no idea how to get sound again, do I have to install SoundMax Digital Audio?
When I go into documents words under other documents overlap document icons under them,
Thats about it for now, but please, if anyone could help it would be very appreciated,

I guess that I wonder...why you don't just take it back to whomever "repaired" it.

I agree. Take it back and demand to have it fixed.

Would you take a car to a repair shop and only leave with it still not working 100%
