bluescreen on startup, with error message

When i try to start up I get this message , Posted Image

Then i also get this one if i retry Posted Image
It does the same if a try to boot in safe mode .
Any suggestions on how to address this issue?

When you bring up the advanced boot menu, have you tried booting from the "last known good configuration"?

That system seems to have a recovery partition installed.

The error message you posted...indicates that your registry is awry.

I suggest you review all instructions for using this and any other repair mechanisms on that system. Such instructions should be contained in the owner's manual.
