When I try to work in any program I keep getting an error message that says "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." When I check the log there are 3 different error msgs.

1) Faulting Application Explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.5512, faulting module arcspl.ax, version 2.4.2.39, fault address 0x0000c0ba. Application error event id:1000

2) Fault Bucket 770336507 Event id:1001 Application Error

3)MSOFFICE12 Event id:5000

Can anyone help me with this? Thank You.

http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/arcspl/

Determining whether arcspl.ax is a virus or a legitimate Windows DLL depends on the directory location it executes or runs from
