Hi all. I am a new member here, someone actually suggested I try this forum (I hope that it is an active one), I am trying to get into my fan settings, through BIOS. I turn on my laptop, and pressed F2 to get into my BIOS, but it only shows Time, the computer security, how I want to boot up, and exit/save settings... how does one get into their fan settings? Thanks.

Some laptops, such as my HP, have two levels of BIOS access, basic with few options and full, using different F keys or adding Shift or Ctrl. Have you checked the documentation for yours? (That is assuming there are BIOS fan options available.)

I do not know the documentation, etc. I bought my laptop from Newegg, it didn't come with one.
