Hello,

I've been repeatedly getting messages about problems with Flashplayer and that I need to update to a newer version of Adobe. I've done that but still get the message. Whenever I get this message IE shuts down and restarts. (I'm only using IE because I can't seem to get a toolbar for Swagbucks to work on Firefox.)

I did a print screen of my Remove Programs screen for you to see because I'm wondering if I should be removing something here.

Along those same lines and something that I mentioned above has to do with the toolbar for Swagbucks. I loaded it on IE with no problems at all, and it works great......but I HATE IE and would much rather use Firefox.

Here is what the screen looks like where I click to install the toolbar:

Everytime that I've tried to download the toolbar on Firefox I get this message:

So, I go to my Control Panel and Uninstall a Program, and this is what I see:

As you'll see, there is only one Swagbucks listing there, but that's the one for IE. Even when I have uninstalled it and then tried to download it on Firefox, I get the same message.

Can you help me with these two issues regarding programs that need to be installed or uninstalled?

Thanks so much!
Michele

Happy Memorial Day weekend to you all!!

I think that error message means the plugin is already installed. Did you check to see if Swagbucks shows up in the drop down list of search engines in the upper right?
