Oh yeah,
Make a new folder to put the DX setup files in.
Once they are extracted open the folder, locate DXSETUP & double click it.
Problems with ATI Radeon 1GB 4870 GDDR5 HD Video Card Since I have installed this card my graphics are HORRIBLE

Still have those very rough edges, to give you an idea of what im talking about, when i look at the clouds in the game, they look like blotches with straight edges instead of clouds
