BleepingComputer.com: What lithium button cell do I need?

internal battery is going dead, the place I rent my pc from, these people r morons, and had replaced the battery twice, and now insted of losing hrs, it lost a day yesterday....or something like 13 hours.....SO I'm buying my own online since they insist on giving me used ones....does anyone know the part number for the battery itself? It started with a C something....C2205 or something but I'm not positive...and they are closed so I can't call, nor would I want to at this point. I'm googling but it's not helping.

ALSO, I bought a stick of ram that hould be here today or tomorrow, will that increase my gaming abilities? Like load times etc;

I just googled and found a CR2025 and that kinda sounds familar?

Thanks for all the replies everyone. I ended up opening it and taking it out to read the CR2032 on it. The comp is like new, what a difference that battery makes. Yea I hope the stick works with the gaming, to improve it anyhow. I play FEAR online and basically have to shut off every affect, put everything on low, minimum and so on....pain in my ass. Thanks again, I found the battery at wal-mart in the watch section

Put the ram in, which was a pain in my ass, the slots are right under the hard drive, had to take the outside stick out first, then put the back one in, then the front one back in................... But wow, the games load like a breeze....helped heaps!

If your using on board video (it appears you are [video built onto the motherboard]) you can increase the Allocated memory (the amount of memory the motherboard allows the video chipset to use) in the bios menu. This will allow more information to be stored in the memory for the video processor and may improve your gaming. It should be under Advanced settings. If try this and cant find it post back and we can determine what bios you have and lead you to the correct menu.
