avg in vista vista security

this is twice that my security center has advised thar avg 8.5 free wasnt on but when i check avg everything seems fine . i haven't noticed any other probs any advice would be appreciated.
also when i reinstall avg the prob goes away for a couple of days thanks in advance ray

This seems (from what I’ve found) to simply be a communication problem between the Windows security and AVG 8.5. I’d say that as long as you’re sure your AVG is running properly that you should be OK and won’t be seeing any vulnerabilities in your computer.
