Another option is DTaskManager by Dimio which you can find here:
http://dimio.altervista.org/eng/ about 2/3 - 3/4 of the way down the page. I really like this one, but I still use the built in Task Manager for some purposes. I never did relate well to Process Explorer. Perhaps it's the way I process information.
