Hey guys, For some reason my computer shuts down or restarts.. I don't see BSOD.. and I already have unchecked "restart automatically". After every system shutdown I check the event viewer.. and no error is posted either.. I check the dump file and.. nothing again.. Can somebody please tell me what is happening? I recently used the system recovery tool that HP provides.. It deletes EVERYTHING and makes the computer how it was when you got it.. I had to create a computer name(after formatting) and so on.. I formatted because of this same problem and like 3-4 days later the problem starts again.. It has been around a week since I formatted the computer and the error is still occuring.. can someone please help?.. Thanks!

Check inside your computer for dust as it sounds like it is overheating.

Wow! Thanks for the VERY quick reply.. but.. I'm 13 years old and my dad doesn't really know about this, so, can you give me instructions about what to do?
