Problems with XPsp2 Computer freezes upon install

Just for the record, I ended up wiping the entire hard drive and reinstalling windows.
I already backed everything I needed on an external drive.

Worked like a charm, works better than ever, like new, but never could figure out what the problem was in the first place.

LOL...sometimes it's just best to do a clean install and not try to figure out why the system is botched.

I use the 48-hour rule for my system problems...after that, it's time for a new start :thumbsup:.

That is definately one of my biggest problems.
