I recently downloaded the IE 8 onto my HP Media Center Edition 2005 computer. Now every time I boot up, I get this popup from Sonic Update Manager:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "UM.MSI" in the box below;
(the box says:)
c:\hp\tmp\src\UPD)ATEMANAGER_MSI\
then a box comes up that says:'
An installation package for the product Sonic Update manager cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package UM.MSI
What do I do to get rid of this annoying popup box?
