an attachement from a possibly infected computer ; to help prevent the spread of an infection might one suggest that NO attachements are allowed of logs etc . Many of us may decline to open the attachements due to the possibility of being infected from them

The attachments are necessary for certain forums in order to diagnose certain problems. I have, though, removed this attachment. Thanks for letting us know.
