Hi laksman, welcome to BC.

Do I have to remove these infections or is it fine if it is unchecked for startup?
If I dsiable it from start up does it mean I am fine?
You can take another look at my attachment, you can see there that it is unchecked in MSCONFIG.

Absolutely NOT.
Be safe or be sorry. I would be surprised if those two were your only problems.
