Auto refresh Web pages not auto refreshing. IE7

Web pages that are designed to auto refresh, eg BBC sports livescore pages, have suddenly stopped auto refreshing. An example page is http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/e...res/default.stm .
Other people I know who use this web site are experiencing no problems.
It may be coincidence but it seems to have happened since I ran ccleaner due to my P.C. running slowly.

My OS is XP Home with IE7.
