Microsoft Outlook Express 6 setup50.exe

I can't find this in the database. I have found that it is part of Outlook Express. I am trying to find out if I need to keep it. I don't use Outlook Express except when clicking on a email link that causes Outlook to open. I use a Web based email with ATT Yahoo. I might use Outlook if I wanted to download my messages to store them on my hard drive on a rare occasion. Thanks

Where did you see this? Active Setup is my guess and it should be left alone.

It is in the list made by autoruns. I am looking to see which startup programs I can get rid of. I don't really use Outlook Express, but I want to be sure.
