Help
I would like to forward or send e-mails and show only the addressee's name.
How do I configure Outlook to hide the receipients' e-mail address but, display the name?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Show only the adressee's/recipients name where, and as opposed to what else showing instead? Can you please, elaborate on what you are asking?

Do you mean you want to have the To: field show only the name (example John Smith) instead of johnsmith@wherever.com?
If so, it depends on how you have the contacts set up in your contact list.
Open up the contact list.
Double click on a contact name.
Look in the Address section.
Whatever is listed in the Display As field is what will show up in the To: field of the mail.
If it is an email address, you will need to change it to the contacts name.
After the change, click Save and Close.
(This is for Outlook 2002, other versions may or may not be the same)
Now for my soapbox issue, if you forward to more than one person at a time, use the BCC.
This will hide ALL addresses from all recipients.
PS: People sometimes say Outlook when they mean Outlook Express. If you fall into this category, let us know as the procedure is different for OE.
