MSN Explorer Premium cannot install afte system recovery

I recently had to use the system recovery on my computer so of course I need to re-install everything. Well I got to install MSN Premium and it fails every time. I get this as the errors on each of the items.

No features installed

A required component could not be installed (-2): MSN Explorer Photo E-Mail
Designer E-Mail click here for details
A required component could not be installed (-2): MSN Explorer Photo E-Mail
MSN Explorer Photo E-Mail click here for details
Error code: -2147023901.The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.

I'm not what it mean or anything. I've uninstalled the MSN installer and tried again but I get the same thing.
