Outlook Express keeps asking for my password for incoming mail Able to send mail, but Incoming is blocked with wrong PW ?

Outlook Express 6 keeps asking for my password when checking for (POP3) incoming mail, it keeps rejecting my pw as invalid . However I am able to send all my outgoing (SMTP) mail via Outlook Express. I have called my ISP, they reset my pw but it failed too.
