Skype Freezes system up help!

Hey guys, it seems like my skype takes up 100% of my cpu when i am on a call, what should i do? when i put it to have affinity 1 out of 2 processes, it takes up 50% of it, but my system idle process takes up 50% aswell. what should i do?

Hi Cooco.

Millions of users have no problem with Skype, so I would be inclined to uninstall it and redownload again to see what happens. Once you have done this, log in again as an existing user. This will possibly fix it for you.

System idle is just that, idle processing power waiting to be used so is not a problem.

Tried reinstalling, same problem again. any ideas?
