My cousins has a laptop dell computer she has to use an external monitor since her ex punched the screen out but the external stopped working then the
computer started to load and then when its fixing to go to welcome screen it would show a quick blue screen then shut down. I used startup recovery and it goes to a screen with a black background and i can only see the mouse but since its on her screen can't see good in the middle but everything else looks black were there is useally color. I tried task manager it wouldn't come up I tried revert to last known good configuration and that didn't work, i also tried safe mode it will load everything except the null.sys driver which is the last one. i tried disable driver protection and nothing I have tried worked so any help
