Installer for World of Wacraft crashes due to wininet.dll

This is the crash report I keep getting- I am trying to ask for support of the World of Warcraft Tech forums and he says it's really peculiar that this is happening. My ram went bad Tuesday and and last night I reinstalled vista and put in new ram and this problem is not occurring. I have installed various other programs today but this is the only time I have had trouble. It did fine installing the previous versions of world of warcraft too, only this expansion gave me an error..

Ah! I solved my own problem with the help of a techie on the Wow forums- we ran the system file checker from the command prompt and it repaired the problem!
