Okay, I'm going to try to do this right! I have a HP Pavilion Elite M9058n running Vista Home Premium. About a week ago my pc screen started with the lines, etc. so I checked the drivers, ran diagnostics and the system failed during the video portion. I then tried to do a system recovery (knowing I had oodles of backups on my e:drive) when it restarted the only on the screen was what looked like upside down 5's. I shut it down and took it back (under warranty) and the video card was replaced.
Once I got it home and restarted I tried to restore some of my files but I kept getting the error message "backup drive not available" That issue hasn't been resolved, but ever since I keep getting error upon error. I consider myself to be above average in knowing my way around my system, but I need help, BAD! Here is all of the information I am getting from this error in particular. Any help from you would be so greatly appreciated!!
