I really need some help! My documents folder is telling me it is unreadable or corrupted. I also have 2 icons on my desktop that won't delete and I have tried to download AVG free and it won't download. I called Dell but they said they think it is a virus but I did a virus scan with Avast! and it didn't come up with anything. Please help me! I can't save anything into my Documents and I really need to! Thank you for your help!

If your problem is that you can’t save into your Documents, can you try saving in another location? Are you able to access anything that is in the folder or are you completely locked out of it?

A little more info would help out here so we can get you going again.

Cheers,

I can save into seperate folders and I can access my documents and folders in the Documents folder but not by clicking on the Documents icon. I can only get to anything in that folder by searching for it. It seems that all my documents are intact it is just when I try to access them from the "documents" icon that it tells me it is corrupted. When I try to delete some folders I get an error saying 0x80070570 the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
