I was told by geekstogo.com to delete vpc32.exe. now my antivirus wont work. I double click it and it says 1.Preparing to install..then 2. Please wait while windows configures norton anti virus corporate edition. 3. The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'NavCE.Msi' in the box below.

I have no idea what this means, please help me

The easiest thing to try is to uninstall/reinstall Norton.
