system restore

can i do a systam restore on vista. on xp it was easy, all you had to do was go back a week or month, whatever and it just whent bavk to how it was before, but on vista i cant,find anywhere to do this can anyone help please

Hi there :huh:

Click on your Start button then right click on Computer and select Properties.

Then click on System Protection on the left hand panel. There you can enable/disable and use System Restore

You should also be able to access system restore on system startup. When you start your computer press F11 (not too many times or you get beeps) and it should take it to system restore.
